I’m a CPD certified baby and toddler sleep consultant and trained in safe sleep with The Lullaby Trust — but most importantly, I’m a mum of two.
I know first-hand just how heavy sleep deprivation can feel.
The kind where your body aches from exhaustion… where you can’t remember the last time you felt rested, let alone the last time you fed...and which boob?!
I’ve been there —
Living off broken nights, long bedtimes that feel like they go on forever… only for your little one to wake again an hour later.
The contact naps you secretly love, but also find yourself wishing (just once) you could put them down and drink a hot cup of tea in peace.
The car trips just to get them to sleep… and a moment to breathe... then you stop the engine and .. Oh you're awake are you!
With my own baby, I reached a point where something had to change and working with a sleep consultant truly changed everything for our family.
It wasn’t about leaving my baby to cry, or following a rigid routine that didn’t feel right.
It was about having a plan that made sense, felt gentle, and actually worked for us.
That experience is what led me here.
